** Temporary/Part-Time Position - up to 20 hours per week. ***
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
- Program Discovery: collaborates with program leadership to understand key branding needs, target audiences, and messaging goals.
- Design and deliver marketing deliverables inclusive of program flyer, brochures, event flyers, full and half page print advertisements.
- Copywriting: write and edit copy across all printed materials for consistent tone and message.
- Project Management: manage timelines, communications, and coordination throughout project phases.
REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communications, or a related field required.
Experience: three to five years of professional design experience, preferably in higher education or graduate business program marketing.
Knowledge & Skills:
• Demonstrated expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong visual design and branding skills
• Experience producing print-ready deliverables
• Ability to manage timelines, revisions, and multiple deliverables independently
Physical Requirements:
Primarily remote with computer-based design work; minimal physical exertion required.
Special Conditions:
Must comply with CSU’s 125% additional employment rule. Appointment not to exceed 180 days. Background check required.

Hiring Salary: $47.99 per hour
