Financial Reporting Manager	Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to be responsible for overseeing the Systemwide financial reporting and analysis of the financial data from 23 campuses, Chancellor’s Office and 90 discretely presented component units. In addition, the Manager of Financial Reporting also supervises the monitoring of Systemwide financial reporting compliance, preparation of Systemwide journal entries passed down to campuses, performs technical research and training on new and upcoming accounting pronouncements and acts as a liaison for external audits.
Associate Legislative Advocate	Chancellor's Office - Sacramento
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an Associate Legislative Advocate to have the primary responsibility for subject matter expertise, analysis, political strategy and advocacy in assigned issue areas. This position analyzes legislative matters in relation to the overall goals and objectives of the CSU and participates in the development and execution of the system’s advocacy efforts. Under the direct supervision of the DSR, this position is responsible for several functions including but not limited to: direct advocacy on CSU-related legislative issues; representing CSU positions on legislation in meetings with legislators, legislative staff and in public hearings; written communications including bill position correspondence, bill fiscal estimate statements and bill summaries; working with Chancellor’s Office (CO) staff and the DSR to develop bill strategies and amendments to legislation; preparing Chancellor’s Office experts for witness testimony or legislative meetings; developing and maintaining working subject matter knowledge of assigned issue areas; and support for system and campus-based advocacy efforts such as state capitol events and training programs.
ATI Accessible Procurement Specialist	Chancellor's Office
The California State University, Office of the Chancellor, is seeking an ATI Accessible Procurement Specialist to provide coordination and support for various moderate duties and responsibilities related to vetting IT products for accessibility conformance. As a liaison between IT and Procurement, the incumbent assists and completes procurement accessibility reviews for the CSU Chancellor’s Office related to the Accessible Technology Initiative. The incumbent performs due diligence and ensures ICT accessibility reviews of Chancellor’s Office platforms with systemwide impact, including ACR review, schedules vendor accessibility demonstrations, create Equally Effective Alternate Access Plans (EEAAPs) and maintains documentation repositories for access by the CSU system. This position combines technical knowledge, internal and external collaboration, superior communication skills, time management, follow-through with multiple stakeholders across competing projects, documentation review and creation, and training to promote ICT acquisitions that meet accessibility standards.
